Met sis for dinner today. Went to bugis to try the Mee-soto that she boasted and praised. Both of us are a Mee-Soto addict. We can eat mee-soto for 4 days a wk and still not enough, provided it's the 'BEST' mee-soto!
'Best' as in the gravy should be clear, not with too much rempah or spices. The chili must be a lot and hot, hot, hot! Hmm...no taugeh/beansprout please. Oh such heaven to taste it. Both of us likes the Mee-soto at SIM but recently the owner had changed so can't find 'BEST' mee-soto.
