TELL ME WHAT DOES DREAM MEANS???

I had a dream last night.
It is not one that make me smile.
Rather it made my heart thumps faster,
the feeling of the dream is not good.

What is the correct thing to do if one dreams?
Tell it to someone so that the dream won't come true?
Keep the dream from anyone so it won't come true?

I obviously do not want the dream to come true...
