On top of that sweet unexpected thing that happened today,
I got a gift from my santa claus-Enell.
After not being able to meet him due to his bad sore eyes,
just having a date with him would be content.
Instead he surprised me with those special, awaiting words
and this.

The agenda today was to buy ticket to watch the soccer semi-final match
between s'pore and malaysia. Half-way to the stadium we found out from
the people returning from the stadium itself
that the tickets had SOLD OUT.
Oh my!
I was down.
Yeah, i was down instead of Enell.
He was puzzled too.
Yelah, against Malaysia aper...can macam rival gitu.
When Enell sent me back home, found out from dad that the match
just ended with a draw and they need to continue playing for extra time.
Heh.
At least i'm able to watch the exciting part!
Asked Enell to stay over to watch with dad.
First time s'pore needs to play until penalty time, i was scared as i believed,
sure S'pore will lose as the opponent goalkeeper is good unlike our careless
keeper. It was so suspense you!

Speaking of Alam Shah, while the previous match was played in
Malaysia, Shah Alam. A conversation with dad goes like this...
Me: Eh, Alam Shah main kat Stadium Shah Alam...hehehehe
Ni mesti menag nye, main kat stadium name sendiri...hehehe
Dad: Yelah kalau Alam Shah menand bila main kat Shah Alam boleh nyanyi,
"Alam Shah bane..nananana...
Alam Shah Bane...Negeri Aman Nan Sentosa...."

Which made me to chide dad, as his all-time fav. team England is so so so
POOR in penalty. Can't believe S'pore is so much better kan kan kan...

He was devastated, yelah they all sure rely their last hope on him.

Looking at the stripes made me recall another conversation with dad again.
We were watching news the other day, and saw a segment on tiger airlines.
Their uniform was orange/yellow top and black pants.
Dad was saying that tiger airlines should have the top in strips like tiger,
baru kena with the airlines name...
Wait!
then he changed his mind...
He said better still for the uniform to be stripes from top to bottom, so that
from front view, people can see the 'tiger'. But the behind he said no need to
be stripes, top-orange pants-black also can, kalau malu lah...
but the front view is important, MUST be STRIPES.
hehe...
Might as well attached a tail for the steward/ess too.
