The jogging aftermath
Been super busy...
Whats with the upcoming in-base camp,
which i have to spent overnight out of my comfort bed.
I don't fancy it one bit,
but it's better than having it at a Pahang cave which they did last year.
Hey, i'm getting more and more involve in sports now.
A real surprise as i dislike the idea of having to perspire,
people seeing me run, and most of all wearing sport shoes!
I just find that sport shoe made my size 4/5 feet looks big, thus it's heavy.
However, i now owns 3 sport shoes!
Now, i also have tops from sports brand.
I simply loves Puma now!
The mascot is very nice plus, the cutting is not really that sports stuff.
Recently, i also started on rollerblading.

Believe it or not, i have not fallen down at all.
Neh, it doesn't mean i'm a pro....
it's just that i am so scared of falling down,
i kept on sliding, (yes sliding not rollerblading the skates) very near the wall.
Last Sunday, i jogged.
After over 20yrs of not running or rather, avoid doing running.
I suggested to dad on Saturday nite, that Sunday i want to go jogging.
He tot i was bluffing, yalah...every Sunday i woke up at 11+ how to jogged?
He was wrong, after prayers i really did dress up in shorts,
put on my sport shoe which was sponsored by Enell, then asked if he wanted to join me.
Both he and mum joined me for a jog at the park behind our house.
Mum however, full of excuses of not wanting to jog.
Dad was seen very happy to be able to do stretching and jogging.
From the pic, it looked so bright huh..it's only 6:30a.m tau!
I still remembered that dad was a very active man when i was small,
he used to go jogging always and dragging me and sister to West Coast Park.
I ended up jogging 3 rounds ajer...cannot do a lot, first time what.
After the jog, we ended up eating prata for breakfast at Greenridge.
I missed the times having breakfast with family.
Every weekend,
it's either dad will go out early morn and buy us prata with hot soya drink.
Or mum will go market and get mee soto and tau-huey
or me and sis will go down to the coffeeshop and buy mee soto from this makcik stall.
It's from this stall that got us so hooked with mee soto til now.
The three of us even went to JB after jogging.
I made dad wore the Jersey that i bought for him during the
Nike warehouse sale at Kovan last month.
As i was also wearing Holland jersery, it prompted the Mat kastam Malaysia to say,
"Hmm..ada bola ke cik?" to him, when he came up to the kastam to chop his passport.
Dad in the jersery that he initially don't want to wear as it doesn't belong to any club,
he told me next time buy Arsenal one also can, 'biar terngaga akak kau nye laki'..
Ish..akak tu pelan sikit!
Mum amongst her favourite thing to buy eventhough at Sengsiong pun ader jual.
Go Malaysia, must always have sirap.
It's a must! SO, so much for the Must that picture of the Sirap is forgotten.
Barbeque sambal Stingray and squid is a bonus.
While eating, i caught this boy 'jeling2 pandang2' at me.
Very tembam this boy, remind me of 'Rambo'.
He's good though, helping the mum to take care of his baby bro while mum's eating.
Actually he was sitting the opposite seat, suddenly after he finished eating,
he went over to his mum side and sat next to my seat.
On the pretext of caring for the bro lah..tapi masih jeling2...
SO
i caught him on camera...haha...
Finally reached home, after a really early agenda with the family. Tintin is happy,
I'm happy,
Mum and Dad are happy.
SO,
Let's see if This Sunday i'll go joggin or not.
I'll have to pester dad to jog with me, so got friend mah...
