I'm getting married in less than 3mths. And engaging this bridal provider makes me feel like i have not engage one AT ALL!
Went for the clothing selection.So what?! Cannot even try on.. worse still whatever Qs on the clothing, you get the kind of answers that might as well DONT ANS!

Im paying close to $2k and i cannot ask Qs and know what i am going to wear or look like for my wedding? all they can answer is that i be getting their popular mak up artiste so i do not need to worry. Well Hello?!!! Even if i get the Queen's personal make-up artiste, i still want to know how im going to look like for my wedding, WHAT!
It's my wedding.. i determine to chose how i should be made up not sitting there and let the person made me up to her own wishes. Stupid Cow! Fine, that i already let go... What puzzle me is after the clothing selection, the next time i meet them is 1 week before my wedding date.. for the final fitting.. Eh?!!! Then they dnt need to know what are the concerns of the bride and grooms? Yeah sooo.. this ** Bridal has been in the business for soo long that they know what they are doing and is popular to use celebs as their adverts. But i want to be service professionally not the 'Touch and Go' kind.
Bloody irritates me, leh.. Whenever i wish to tlak to my make-up artiste, its always.. she's busy in the studio shoot.. I am already sourcing out how i can lodge a complaint on this bridal to the owner. And it is soo hard to get an email address on them.. Hmmm... i wonder why??
It is soooOOOO getting on the nerves. Im trying to get feedback on those who used them if they only have 1 fitting too... if it's really hard to get feedback, i'll just send my feedback to Berita Harian. Urrgh!! I cant stand the way Malays do business..
Stop saying that me as Malay dnt support own race.. Really if one cannot be professional and service properly, race dont matter no MORE! And if no ONE complaint publicly, when will they learn?
I'll wait till weekend and good timing since Monday is a PH, i;ll have time to lodge a complaint!
